Privacy and data protection
This page explains how your personal data is processed under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Data controller
The data controller is Mustafa, working independently as VisionByVolt. Contact: visionbyvolt@gmail.com.
What data I process
The name, email address, brand or company name (optional) and message you write in the contact form. The hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs such as IP address and browser details for a limited time, for security and error tracking.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed only to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and the controller's legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). It is not used for marketing, and no commercial messages are sent without your permission.
Who it is shared with
Your message passes through Resend (USA) to be delivered as email, and the site is hosted on Vercel (USA). Your data is therefore transferred abroad, under KVKK art. 9. It is not shared with or sold to anyone else.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept until your request is settled and for as long as a possible collaboration needs; then they are deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not set cookies in your browser. Fonts are served from the site's own server.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage. Write to visionbyvolt@gmail.com; requests are answered within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
